Job summary

People Culture Talent is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) who bridge sophisticated technology and real-world customer problems in Los Angeles. You’ll work directly with customers, navigate ambiguous technical challenges, and build deployable solutions that scale in production environments.

Ideal candidates have a strong software engineering foundation, the ability to grasp unfamiliar systems quickly, and excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand technical requirements and workflows.
• Design, build, and deploy solutions using the company's core tech.
• Develop integrations, data pipelines, or custom solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, sales, and customer teams on deployments.
• Debug complex issues across customer and product environments.
• Translate needs into product and engineering insights.
• Help develop reusable tools and best practices for future deployments.
• Serve as a trusted technical partner throughout implementation and adoption.
