Job summary

Leidos in Omaha, NE seeks a Change Management Specialist to bridge development teams, stakeholders, and government customers, ensuring documentation, tracking, and coordination of software releases in an Agile environment. You will work onsite at the Aksarben area to support APS mission and SMPES priorities.

The role requires Jira/Confluence proficiency, experience in SDLC management, and collaboration across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s with relevant experience in software development lifecycle management or program coordination.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments supporting government programs.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and basic automation scripting.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA reviews of Jira tickets for completeness, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
• Coordinate release activities and provide testable ticket lists for on-site teams.
• Maintain documentation of deployed versions across Dev/Test/Prod in Confluence.
• Generate and distribute release and sprint accomplishment reports to the customer.
• Attend SMPES backlog reviews and represent APS capabilities and government priorities.
• Maintain SMPES priorities list and Integrated Master Schedules for related items.
• Coordinate software deliveries to ensure proper labeling and testability.
• Validate that each release contains properly labeled and testable software items.
