Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Cashier to be the face of the store, processing customer orders with speed and accuracy while delivering excellent service. You’ll handle cash and card payments, assist customers with product locations, and help maintain tidy checkout areas in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 with a high school diploma, friendly in demeanor, and able to multitask during busy periods, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with strong customer interaction skills.
• Ability to operate front end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong numerical accuracy and cash handling proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders quickly, accurately, and with a focus on satisfaction.
• Handle cash, credit/debit transactions, and make change.
• Assist with stocking, facing, and keeping checkout areas clean and organized.
• Provide product location guidance and information to customers.
• Maintain communication with the front end manager and Head Cashier.
