Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring a Cashier to provide outstanding customer service as the face of the store. You will process orders, handle cash, and resolve customer questions while maintaining a clean, organized checkout area with strong attention to detail.

You should be reliable, friendly, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Training covers front-end procedures, product location guidance, and daily operational expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of cashiering experience.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and positive attitude when interacting with customers.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment including register, calculator and scanner.
• Flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills and ability to multitask in a team environment.
• Must lift up to 30 lbs. and move carts as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders quickly, accurately and with friendly service.
• Handle cash, credit/debit payments and give correct change.
• Assist customers with product locations and information; resolve complaints.
• Stock shelves, face products and maintain cleanliness at checkout areas.
• Maintain knowledge of weekly ads and store events; communicate with front end team.
