Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a friendly Cashier to serve customers and process transactions in a fast-paced store environment. You will handle cash and card payments, assist shoppers with product locations, and maintain clean checkout areas.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of cashiering experience. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years cashiering experience preferred.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to operate cash register, calculator and scanner.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must lift/carry up to 30 lbs. and move carts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders quickly, accurately and efficiently while ensuring satisfaction.
• Handle cash, credit/debit payments and give correct change.
• Maintain checkout areas in clean and orderly condition.
• Assist with stocking shelves, facing and dusting as needed.
• Communicate with front end manager and Head Cashier and resolve customer issues.
