Job summary

Victory Automotive Group in Canton, MI is seeking an outgoing Service Porter to greet customers and ensure a smooth handoff to the Service Advisor. You will move vehicles around the lot and in service areas, keep cars clean, and assist with shop duties.

A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required. You should be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment and handle both automatic and manual transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers entering the service area with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Moves customer vehicles in and around the lot and service areas.
• Delivers keys and repair order to the Service Advisor after parking the vehicle.
• Retrieves vehicles for customers when they are picked up and thanks them for their business.
• Maintains vehicle cleanliness and protects interiors (seat covers, mats, etc.).
• Supports custodial duties in shop and lot areas.
• Follows all safety and security procedures and participates in required meetings.
