Roper Pump Company LLC is seeking a client‑focused engineer to advise customers on equipment selection and provide applications support for positive displacement and related pumps. The role involves interpreting engineering parameters such as flow, viscosity and pressure, and coordinating with engineering to meet customer requirements.

The position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with occasional travel (about 10%).

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or related applications experience, or three years manufacturing experience with fluid handling and progressive displacement equipment.
• Must have excellent problem solving ability and customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply engineering principles for equipment selection.

Responsabilidades

• Uses company knowledge to advise customers on equipment selection and ensure correct products are ordered.
• Provides applications assistance for pumps and related equipment based on engineering parameters.
• Coordinates manufacturing deadlines and testing to meet customer schedules and requirements.
• Conducts customer visits to verify field requirements and stay informed on developments.
