Qualifications

• Must have excellent problem solving ability and customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply engineering principles for equipment selection.

Responsibilities

• Uses company knowledge to advise customers on equipment selection and ensure correct products are ordered.
• Provides applications assistance for pumps and related equipment based on engineering parameters.
• Coordinates manufacturing deadlines and testing to meet customer schedules and requirements.
• Conducts customer visits to verify field requirements and stay informed on developments.
