Job summary

Enterpret is seeking a hands-on Lead for Forward Deployed Engineering. You will own customer outcomes, write code, design solutions in customer offices, and lead a team distributed across the US and Bengaluru. The role combines engineering execution with strategic customer engagement.

You will travel to customer sites, align with sales and success teams, and ensure shipped solutions are adopted and repeated. This is a building role with growth into leadership.

Qualifications

• Built solutions inside customer environments and carried them to adoption.
• Able to design and defend a solution on the fly in a room full of customer engineers.
• Led a small team while continuing to build, shipping faster.
• Read customer asks, set expectations, and avoid unsustainable builds.
• Comfortable traveling up to ~30% of time and working across US/India.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer outcomes by shipping connectors, ingestion integrations, and context-graph capabilities.
• Build onsite at customer offices, capture requirements in the room, and deliver working solutions.
• Run the FDE team in Bengaluru, owning intake, prioritization, and handoffs.
• Partner with Sales Engineering on POCs and with Customer Success on renewals.
• Maintain engineering parity with product by expanding product breadth and setting high standards.
