Job summary

Endeavor is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers, quickly understanding their toughest issues and architecting AI-driven solutions that leverage critical data. You will own end-to-end execution in small, agile teams and deliver high-stakes projects that impact real-world outcomes.

This role requires strong engineering fundamentals, experience across CS/Math/Software/Data fields, and proficiency in Python, C++, or TypeScript/JavaScript.

Qualifications

• High agency, slope, and chaos ceiling with strong first principles thinking, outcome orientation, and resiliency.
• Engineering background in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, and Data Science.
• Proficiency with one or more programming languages, such as Python, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar.
• Must be graduating in 2026 or before.
• Ability to travel.
