Baseten is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to work directly with global AI customers, owning technical outcomes on Baseten and tackling the hardest problems in serving and improving models at scale.

You will design PoCs, define success criteria, and ship production solutions quickly, using the right tools and techniques to maximize reliability and performance. This role requires customer-facing collaboration and deep AI infrastructure interest.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of software engineering experience shipping large production systems.
