Job summary

TENEX.AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer who embeds within customer accounts to solve complex security and automation challenges. You will craft AI-enabled, data-driven solutions and ship them across client environments, feeding enhancements back into TENEX.AI’s platform.

You will collaborate with AI & Data Science teams, document work for scale, and manage multiple high-impact engagements with a bias toward action in a fast-growing startup.

Responsibilities

• Embed directly within assigned customer accounts to understand environment, workflows, and security challenges
• Follow the FDE engagement loop: Discover, Ideate, Document, Build, Ship
• Build custom solutions including automations, integrations, AI workflows, data pipelines, tooling extensions
• Apply AI, data, and security expertise to solve problems beyond off-the-shelf tools
• Document solutions for scale and reuse across the platform
• Identify new problem areas and surface intelligence gaps from engagements
• Collaborate with AI & Data Science to surface cross-customer needs
• Maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders
• Manage multiple accounts concurrently with high-quality output
• Escalate blockers or risks to leadership when appropriate
