Qualifications

• Skillful in working with JSON data structures and parsing.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Preferred 5+ years in a technical role involving customer integrations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy integrations with SSO, SCIM, and HR platforms.
• Work directly with customers to gather technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data flow.
• Gather customer feedback to drive product improvements.
