The Staff Pad in Nashville, TN is hiring a Customer Experience Associate to support customers, sales, and day-to-day branch operations. You’ll serve as a link between customers, sales, vendors, and internal teams, helping ensure a seamless experience and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, inventory, or ERP systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone with orders, quotes, and inquiries.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
• Qualify and route inbound leads (calls, email, web, walk-ins).
• Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records and follow-ups.
• Prepare quotes and support the sales process through close.
• Pick, pack, ship, receive, and stock inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe showroom and warehouse.
• Support vendor coordination and onboarding efforts.
