Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking Team Members in Mount Pleasant to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales of our Unlimited Wash Club. You’ll greet customers, upsell memberships, and ensure quick, friendly service in a fast-paced car wash environment.

Starting at $15.00/hour with opportunities to advance, this role offers ongoing training, paid vacation, and a benefits-rich environment across 130+ locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
• Greet customers and exceed expectations with strong first impressions.
• Upsell monthly unlimited car wash packages.
• Perform quality checks and maintain safety protocols.
• Operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS).
• Handle customer escalations calmly.
