Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role preferred.

• Able to train others and work effectively with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience and supports store operations.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs.
• Manages register assignments, breaks, and POS coverage; responds to customer concerns promptly.
• Maintains adherence to labor policies and safety procedures; supports shrink reduction goals.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and assists in driving store metrics.
