• Maintains accurate records of each customer in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
• Answers customer questions with a can-do attitude, regardless of complexity.
• Complies with security procedures and bank regulations that apply to the position.
• Maintains working knowledge of bank policies and procedures and safeguards cash.
