Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months or more of experience in cash handling and customer service.
• 1+ year(s) of experience in cash handling and customer service.
• 1+ year(s) of experience in a Financial Institution and/or Teller experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides an Exceptional Customer Experience.
• Delivers personalized customer service and consistently looks for ways to WOW customers.
• Tackles a variety of financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and currency counting.
• Maintains accurate records of each customer per bank policies and procedures.
• Answers customer questions with a can-do attitude, clear and concise.
• Follows security procedures and bank regulations applicable to the role.
• Keeps working knowledge of applicable policies and procedures.
• Safeguards assigned, branch and customer cash per Security Procedures.
