Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months or more of experience in cash handling and customer service.
• 1+ year(s) of experience in cash handling and customer service.
• 1+ year(s) of experience in a Financial Institution and/or Teller experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of financial transactions ranging from check cashing & cash deposits to loan payments; counts currency and coins accurately.
• Maintains accurate records of each customer in accordance with the bank’s policies and procedures.
• Answers customer questions with a can-do attitude, no matter how complex or technical.
• Safeguards assigned, branch and customer cash according to Security Procedures.
