Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a technical support call center, help desk, or field service environment.
• Familiarity with property insurance processes or home inspection is a plus.

• Guide customers through PryzmIQ/AWTOS setup and usage.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, device pairing, and data transmission issues.
• Provide proactive outreach to encourage product adoption and ensure satisfaction.
