Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and team members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. Duties include operating the cash register, merchandising, stocking, and assisting customers with loading purchases.

The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, strong communication, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required. Retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing and counting required.
• Must read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.
• Operate cash register and process transactions.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight and merchandising processes.
• Complete Plan‑o‑gram procedures and assemble merchandise.
• Perform janitorial duties and execute price changes/markdowns.
• Operate forklift and baler (if 18+).
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure safe, positive shopping experience.
• Maintain poultry care and bird safety; sanitize holding tanks as required.
• Document all duties and responsibilities accurately.
