Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and team members, supporting selling initiatives and completing assigned tasks. The role emphasizes delivering a Legendary Customer Experience and maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

The Team Member may work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, and handles merchandise, POS transactions, and basic store operations with a focus on teamwork and customer care.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Read, write, and count accurately; basic computer skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and flexible hours including weekends.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service via GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions.
• Operate cash register following cash handling procedures.
• Perform merchandising, stocking, and merchandising resets.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
• Support safety and bird care responsibilities as required.
