Job summary

HelloConnect in Manila seeks a proactive Customer Service Agent to be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional experiences and educating customers on products and features. You will investigate the full journey to resolve feedback and maintain high accuracy across channels, while meeting KPIs in a dynamic BPO environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service experience in a BPO setup.
• High school graduate (old curriculum).
• Willing to work at BGC, Taguig City and Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Educate customers on products and app features to maximize subscription value.
• Investigate the full customer journey to resolve complaints and feedback.
• Communicate confidently across all channels.
• Aim for personal KPIs set by management.
• Monitor Gmail and Slack daily to stay on top of communications.
• Maintain high accuracy; log issues for improvement.
• Suggest improvements to internal procedures.
• Take initiative on internal projects.
• Know company policies, tools, and systems.
