Job summary

Everything But Water is seeking a Key Holder at 1 Hotel Miami to support the Store Management team by delivering exceptional customer service and upholding brand standards.

The role requires 2–4 years in retail, 1 year supervisory experience, and availability nights/weekends/holidays. You will work with Associates to meet sales goals, maintain store cleanliness, and participate in merchandising.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of retail sales experience
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Availability must include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Fluent in English (speak, read, write)

Responsibilities

• Works closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support business needs, adequate shift coverage and at times supervise Sales Associates
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating the Company’s selling model in a confident and knowledgeable manner
• Maintain brand standards around cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards
• Demonstrate an understanding of sales goals and align behaviors accordingly
