• Support ongoing customer satisfaction and engagement activities.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow-up needs.
• Assist with resolving routine customer concerns and direct more complex matters to the appropriate team member.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information internally.
• Keep up to date on company products, services, and current initiatives.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams when additional customer support is needed.
• Assist with preparing customer materials, updates, and other resources.
• Support customer-focused projects and company initiatives.
• Complete additional administrative and customer support responsibilities as needed.
