Job summary

Family Dollar in Spencer, North Carolina is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, operate the register, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and welcoming.

You will help customers with questions and recommendations, unload trucks, replenish stock, and maintain a safe, friendly store environment following store standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store including bathrooms, floors, and waste disposal.
• Other duties as assigned*
