Job summary

Family Dollar is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Morton, TX for a part-time position. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, stock merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness while upholding safety and a friendly atmosphere.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and the ability to follow instructions; previous retail or customer service experience is highly preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Stock shelves and recover merchandise as needed.
• Unload trucks and replenish stock following productivity standards.
• Keep store clean and presentable, including bathrooms and floors.
• Provide a positive, safe environment and friendly interactions.
