Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

Role requires strong customer service and communication skills, ability to lift 30–50 lbs, and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Part-time hours available with a focus on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks.
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and friendly environment.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
