Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Store Associate to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and store cleanliness. You will work with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and keep the store looking its best.

The role includes duties such as operating the POS, processing transactions, stocking shelves, and assisting with curbside orders. It supports a full-time schedule with 30+ hours per week and a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and assist with questions or concerns.
• Operate the POS system to scan purchases and handle transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves and displays according to merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist management in achieving efficiency and loss‑prevention goals.
