Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of New Mexico LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help with stocking and unloading merchandise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform cleaning and restocking duties for bathrooms and floors.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
