Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of New Mexico LLC in Tse Bonito, NM is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and organized.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, reliable teamwork, and adherence to store policies. Previous retail experience is preferred, and physical tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and team members.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
