This full-time role provides friendly, fast, and efficient service to business and residential customers alike, handling transactions and coordinating with vendors to keep projects on track.

You will manage showroom displays, inventory, and daily operations with a team-focused approach, ensuring accuracy in invoices and daily cash flow records.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong math and organizational skills to process orders efficiently.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Great attendance and a positive attitude!

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast, and efficient service to customers in person, by phone, and via email.
• Accurately process transactions, refunds, returns, and exchanges.
• Communicate proactively with customers and vendors via email to ensure seamless project coordination and follow-ups.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming showroom that showcases our product offerings.
• Manage inventory levels and reorder products as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth flow of daily operations.
• Organize daily cash flow records and process invoices efficiently
• Support additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to assist the team and business operations
