RiverStone Group in East Dubuque, IL seeks a Customer Service Specialist to provide friendly, fast service to business and residential customers in person, by phone, and by email. You will process transactions, refunds, returns, and exchanges and help coordinate projects with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast, and efficient service to customers in person, by phone, and via email.
• Accurately process transactions, refunds, returns, and exchanges.
• Communicate proactively with customers and vendors via email to ensure seamless project coordination and follow-ups.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming showroom that showcases our product offerings.
• Manage inventory levels and reorder products as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth flow of daily operations.
• Organize daily cash flow records and process invoices efficiently
• Support additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to assist the team and business operations
