Job summary

Kirkland’s Home is seeking a Sales Associate in Montgomeryville, PA to deliver an outstanding shopping experience using our customer service model. You will assist with selling, cashiering, replenishing, setting floorsets, and general store upkeep under management guidance.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, loyalty programs, and teamwork. You must be energetic, able to work weekends and evenings, and comfortable handling merchandise and POS equipment.

Qualifications

• Energetic, people- and results-oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Able to read and interpret company directives, handbook and manuals.
• Flexible schedule to meet store needs; able to work independently or in a team.
• Able to stand and move around the store for long periods to assist customers.
• Able to lift/move merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with Point of Sale systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience using Kirkland’s Home customer service model.
• Engage with customers and model selling behaviors.
• Greet customers with enthusiasm and maintain a positive attitude.
• Educate customers on loyalty programs and current promotions.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and floor set maintenance.
• Support the store’s branding and values at all times.
• May perform other duties as necessary.
