Kirkland’s Home is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience in-store and online. You will participate in selling, cashiering, replenishing, and maintaining floorsets and stockrooms under store direction.

The role emphasizes energetic, customer-focused interactions, readiness to work weekends and evenings, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while upholding brand values and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Able to read and interpret company directives, handbooks, and manuals.
• Flexible schedule to meet store needs.
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Able to ascend/descend a ladder to stock/hang items.
• Able to stand and move around the store for long periods.
• Able to operate POS systems and handheld devices.
