Job summary

NoBroker is seeking a Customer Support Associate to handle inbound and outbound voice calls with domestic customers. You will assist with real estate listings, plan upgrades, and service inquiries, while updating the CRM in real time.

Fluency in English with Hindi or another regional language is required, plus active listening and clear articulation to explain features clearly. The role includes Rotational day shifts and empathetic customer interactions.
