We are seeking an immediate addition to our team for a Customer Experience Specialist.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering inbound customer calls, chat support, outbound follow-up, order entry, email correspondence, data entry, filing, and other tasks across various computer systems. The individual will collaborate with management to plan, organize, and implement processes supporting our growth.

Customer Experience Coordinator Tasks
  • Providing exceptional customer care that addresses individual needs, including account management, sales, and tracking.
  • Answering calls, texts, emails, and chats across multiple platforms.
  • Understanding and promoting Bump Boxes products, culture, and values.
  • Assessing customer needs using consultative methods and recognizing sales opportunities.
  • Assisting team members with various tasks to meet organizational goals.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
  • Utilizing systems, tools, training, and resources effectively to maximize potential.
  • Supporting other departments with various tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Customer service experience; phone experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to relate well to customers and co-workers, and respond appropriately to supervision and feedback.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality.
