Nations Photo Lab is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our fast-paced team in the photography printing space. You will handle inquiries across phone, email, and chat, process orders, and maintain accurate account information while building lasting relationships with customers.

The role emphasizes problem solving, teamwork, and continuous improvement, with coaching and performance feedback to help you grow in a vibrant company culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven customer support experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience in phone/chat/email customer support.
• Exceptional typing ability (60 wpm).
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM technologies (MS Office, Zendesk, data processing systems).

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat to address questions and concerns.
• Process orders while managing essential customer account information.
• Effectively manage phone, email, and chat online workflows.
• Complete weekly one-on-one meetings with team leader and director for continuous improvement.
• Apply coaching to improve customer service and interpersonal/communication skills.
