Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist for Store #707529 in Centennial, CO. You will assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, present suitable products, and process sales while meeting store goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• If internal, must have a 'meets expectations' rating on current performance.
• Must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products/services.
• Build productive trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain precise work order files and procedures.
• Pull products from sales floor or warehouse as needed.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Clean store equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries.
• Maintain in-stock, presentable areas and knowledge of products offered.
