Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist for Store #707295 in Arvada, CO. You will work with wholesale and retail customers to assess needs, recommend products, and ensure top-notch satisfaction while meeting store sales goals.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions, stocking shelves, tinting/mixing products, and supporting deliveries. A valid driver’s license and 18+ age are required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with store policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
