Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately using the order management system.
• Maintain knowledge of all products, services, and promotions.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, collaborating with internal teams.
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure orders are met.
• Track order status and address delays.
• Handle concessions, rebates, credits, and charge corrections with Accounting.
