Vantage Mobility in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to act as the primary contact for customers, dealers, and internal teams. You will resolve inquiries, coordinate service needs, and document interactions in the CRM with professionalism and empathy.

The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and focuses on positive customer outcomes. Automotive/manufacturing exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service or call center.
• Automotive or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, dealers, and internal departments.
• Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
• Document customer interactions and service requests in the CRM.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical Support, Logistics, Production and others.
• Monitor open cases and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Educate customers and dealers on product features, maintenance, warranty, and service programs.
• Escalate complex concerns to management or technical specialists.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain professionalism and build trust with customers and partners.
