Role Overview

The Customer Experience Specialist will deliver efficient, accurate service and have experience in commercial insurance. Your goal is to provide world-class customer service while improving customer account retention.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Handling policyholder and agent requests via phone, email, and forms related to policy changes, payments, and inquiries.
  2. Achieving first-interaction resolution to enhance satisfaction.
  3. Monitoring and responding to voicemails promptly.
  4. Cross-training for versatility within the team.
  5. Participating in ongoing training and development.
  6. Building strong customer relationships and offering guidance.
  7. Meeting internal service level agreements and escalating issues when necessary.
  8. Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent.
  • 2+ years in customer success, account management, or related field.
  • Property & Casualty Producer license in your state, with willingness to pursue licensing in other states within 45 days.
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance and compliance.
  • Self-starter with a passion for improving insurance operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • CISR or CIC designations.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Insurtech industry experience.
