Odyssey House is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our Admissions Team in Salt Lake City. You will coordinate feedback collection, analyze data, and help develop strategies to improve client satisfaction while supporting the JETS Junior Executives program and related customer engagement initiatives.

• Coordinate feedback collection via surveys and town halls to gather input from customers and clients.
• Manage the organization and secure storage of feedback data, ensuring privacy compliance.
• Assist in analyzing feedback data to identify key insights and trends for CX improvements.
• Prepare data analysis reports for the CXO's review with clear findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate in creating presentations outlining strategic plans from feedback insights with cross‑functional teams.
• Track customer service metrics and assist in preparing performance reports.
