Qualificações

• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle rush periods.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members.
• Understand safe food handling, storage and sanitation.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.
• Basic math proficiency and strong customer service.
• Able to take direction from management.
• Must be 16+ and able to pass a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide a positive, engaging experience.
• Take customer orders in-person or by phone and use the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front of store.
• Support drive-thru/curbside experience with safety and convenience.
• Address customer concerns and escalate to management as needed.
• Ensure orders are accurate and up to standard; you may be the final impression.
