Job summary

Palmetto Goodwill seeks a part-time Retail Team Member II to serve as the face of our North Myrtle Beach store. You will engage customers, help receive and process donations, and assist with merchandising and sale of donations, ensuring great experiences and smooth operations.

In this role, you will use a POS system, maintain clean and organized sales floors, and participate in training to grow your skills while supporting Palmetto Goodwill’s mission.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts.
• Basic computer skills including word processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Amazing Customer Experiences at Palmetto Goodwill locations.
• Assist with accepting and processing donations.
• Price, stock, and merchandise according to store standards.
• Use POS system to complete sales and encourage round-up donations.
