Palmetto Goodwill is seeking a Retail Team Member II to participate in the daily operations of our Summerville store. You will assist customers, process donations, and help merchandise and price items to drive friendly, efficient sales.

You will uphold our ACE values—Amazing Customer Experience—and support a diverse, inclusive team while maintaining a clean, safe store environment and accurate POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Delivers ACE to all customers in-store and online.
• Receives, processes, and records donations according to guidelines.
• Prices, tags, and stocks hardline and softline donations for sale.
• Operates point-of-sale system and processes transactions.
• Maintains clean and safe work environment and reports issues.
• Supports training, teamwork, and adheres to policies and safety standards.
