Job summary

Dollar Tree in New Castle, PA is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations from merchandising to assisting customers. You will handle cash register duties, help maintain a clean, welcoming shopping environment, and participate in safety and loss-prevention practices.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret operational documents and follow instructions.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Strong customer service, organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Maintain clean, presentable store including bathrooms.
• Provide a positive customer experience and assist with front-end duties.
• Handle sales transactions at the cash register.
• Protect cash and company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
