Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service.
• Perform data entry accurately using various computer programs.
• Proofs material entered and generates data reports as required.
• File, keep records, and prepare/transmit/sort/distribute documents and reports.
• Research and expedite customer requests; monitor delivery dates and product quality.
• Verify and process customer requests; provide price and delivery quotes within deadlines.
• Demonstrate time management and organizational skills.
• Work with the team to achieve goals and maintain service standards.
