Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Louisiana LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions, and help keep the store stocked and clean. This role requires teamwork and strong communication.

The position emphasizes friendly interactions with customers and coworkers, along with physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods. Part-time shifts are available at our Cotton Valley location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail or similar settings is highly preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
