Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Louisiana LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist with questions, process sales at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

The role requires good customer service, effective communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Part-time, on-site position with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar settings is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating procedures.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Handle sales transactions at the register.
• Maintain cash security and protect assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive deliveries and replenish stock per productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform light cleaning and restocking of bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
